Following the tragic helicopter crash carrying the President, Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Dr. Amirabdollahian, Ayatollah Al-Hashem, the Friday Prayer Imam of Tabriz, Mr. Malek Rahmati, the Governor of East Azerbaijan, and their companions who were martyred, a memorial ceremony was held at the Iranian Mosque in Mumbai.21/05/2024
This event was organized to honor these dedicated servants and was attended by representatives of Iran, including the esteemed Consul General, Dr. Davoud Rezaei Eskandari, and the Director of Cultur House, Mr. Mohammadreza Fazel. Shia scholars also attended the ceremony and elaborated on the relentless efforts of the President and his companions. These individuals, who sacrificed their lives in serving the people and the most deprived areas of the country, exemplified selflessness and sacrifice. This ceremony provided an opportunity for all participants, including Iranian residents in Mumbai, to express their deep sympathy and emphasize the importance of service and the tireless efforts of these martyrs while honoring their memory
